I never thought I'd see the President partying like Gatsby & using taxpayer $$$ to install a new toilet instead of funding SNAP benefits. But here we are.

So we’re doing what leaders — what Congress — should do; showing up for our neighbors & taking care of our community.

Having now watched the footage and interview two of the members who were there, the amount of armed, masked federal agents surrounding three members of Congress and a mayor outside the ICE facility was totally unnecessary; the only possible reason for it was intentional escalation and intimidation.

The Department of Defense has an $849.8 billion budget, and the best communication strategy they can devise is, "don't believe your lying eyes?"

Seriously?

🏟️This crowd of 34,000+ people for @aoc.bsky.social & @sanders.senate.gov is enough to fill up 45% of Mile High Stadium

🏀It’s more people than a Denver Nuggets game, with an average crowd of 19,684

🏒16,000 more people than a sold-out Avalanche game

⚾️Nearly 3,000 more than an average Rockies game
Tonight an unbelievable **34,000 people** gathered for our Denver rally to take on billionaires and win our country back.

This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008.

Also bigger than the 2024 DNC.

And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).

Spot on, @piperformissouri.bsky.social

I’ve heard the shock, horror, and disbelief in the voices of national journalists as I walk them through the life-threatening legislation moving through Missouri’s legislature.

What the national media too often dismisses as “tabloid headlines” is our reality
Missouri has been running the pilot for Project 2025 for a couple of decades.

With a GOP Supermajority, over 30% of our schools are on a four-day week. We fund vouchers for private religious schools. Our starting teachers are 50th in the nation for pay and they pay for their own supplies.

People are sick of the divisionist, racist bullshit, Mark.

Our neighbors aren’t the problem—it’s the billionaires and politicians who’d sell their own grandma for a penny.
Rep. Mark Alford (R-MO) after reading a question about Trump's immigration policy: Do you know Stephen Miller is?

Constituents: BOOOOOO!!!!!

Those in power always cry for “normality” and “civility” when challenged—playing the victim while being the victimizer.

You can hear it now: McCormick whining as his constituents dare to ask questions.

Power fears accountability. Stay loud. Stay disruptive.

Never mistake incompetence for malice.
Never ignore malice disguised as incompetence.

When billionaires “accidentally” fire workers protecting public health, nuclear safety, and Indigenous communities, it’s not a mistake.

It’s greed. It’s power. It’s on purpose.
— Accidentally fired workers trying to contain bird flu
— Accidentally fired workers overseeing our nuclear stockpile
— Accidentally fired workers providing health care to Native Americans

“Accidentally.” More like gross incompetence and mismanagement. Opposite of efficient.

If you’re thinking about taking on extremism.
If you’re thinking about challenging entrenched power and the billionaire class.

And you know you can be a voice for your community—

Do it.

This image of Trump as a billionaire “king” is just the container.
The message inside? That’s up to Democrats.

This isn’t cosplay—it’s a con.
Use the image. Tell the real story.
That's bait

DOGE is ransacking your Social Security data as I type this, which is the most efficient way for establishing a list of people's gender assigned at birth I can possibly imagine. That's orders of magnitude worse than Trump playing AI dress-up

In 2020, @coribush.bsky.social held a GOTV tour across St. Louis and Missouri, complete with voter registration efforts.

In 2022, the Congresswoman held another statewide GOTV tour.

St. Louis City turnout collapsed at a level that wasn’t matched statewide. Despite a reproductive rights initiative on the ballot, Democrats just didn’t turn out - while Republicans did.
