Just saw Jekyll and Hyde at #LyricStage in Dallas. First of their shows I've been to in a few years and it did not disappoint! Now I need to get my ticket for their production of Guys and Dolls in August!
The stage is set for Jekyll and Hyde at Lyric Stage: some stairs and platforms at different levels and a moody blue background of London with rain falling...

Saw Hadestown (touring) at Dallas Fair Park today - fabulous! Great cast, music, and an enthusiastic crowd! I highly recommend it! Also try the buffet at the Crystal Terrace before the show - delicious and a relaxing start to your outing! And getting there that early you end up with good parking!
The empty set before the show (because I'm not a heathen filming a performance!) Musician areas on both sides of the stage and the huge green doors mostly used for Hades entrances on a raised area in the center. Steps on either side of the main area and some chairs to the sides. Dark moody colors.

This is a photo of a bird feeder at night with a possum hanging upside down by his tail, gripping the bar with his feet, and chowing down on birdseed. No bird - that's the joke...
