#Insurance in America, a modern tragicomedy.
I was on the phone with my insurance, asking why my epilepsy medication was still under insurance review, and he told me it was above the plan maximum. I told him there was no generic of it, so what was I supposed to do? 1/?

More people need to understand the mentality I experienced today. I asked my Hispanic friend if he wanted to talk in Spanish or English, & he replied "English is fine." B/c he "doesn't want to get deported".
What was a cliche punchline is now a real fear in our country and I don't like that for us.
