I fully understand the policy, completely understand the problems, but this just underscores how much patients are not the ones being put first. Why is it on me to keep the insurance premiums low? Why is it not on the insurance to make sure I have the medicine that keeps my condition in check? 5/5

I literally have had brain surgery because my brain is drug resistant. I have tried and failed a LOT of drugs. If we find one that works, my doctors and I tend not to want to switch. 3/?

He said he needed to verify there wasn't a generic, and then his advice once he did was to ask my doctor for other drugs that I could take that are similar to the drug I'm taking now.
