Gym gave a free InBody scan. Body fat came back 13.6%. InBody isn't the most accurate (can be off up to like 4%), but still came out better than I thought.

Haven't really done proper squats in like 8 months. Hit my old PR of 420lbs in safety bar box squats. Happy I hit it, but I don't think it was a smart idea lol
