Sometimes I wish I was a billionaire so I could have the power to force the government to create UHC and create laws paying their workers a living wage as well as implement a high tax on other billionaires and then immediately give 99.9% of my money away to charities (I would still be a millionaire)

Unfortunately it's gone. The roof caved in and the walls were crumbling due to neglect and it was torn down completely in or around 2016

So today I rode the new Acela on their inaugural revenue service train out of DC to Philadelphia. This is what I thought:
Very visually nice, though train turbulence feels about the same as the old acela and the seats are kinda hard. Haven't been on it at full speed yet but it's an alright train.

This isn't true. Norfolk Southern has competition with CSX over here. There's also several B and C class railroads and Amtrak's NEC and Keystone corridor which they directly own and operate, though most of what isn't NS is CSX. Pictured is CSX owned track.

To the Pennsylvania residents, please, PLEASE get your senate to vote in favor for the $300M SEPTA funding bill. It already passed the house but the senate has yet to vote on it. If they don't, or if it doesn't pass, SEPTA will lose a massive amount of its services.

They were devices for typing before any schools had devices for each student. They allowed students with issues writing or dysgraphia (me) to comfortably write essays or other forms of responses. You'd connect it to a printer and print what was written.
