No, Santa, I wasn't singing 'All I Want For Christmas Is Flu'. After 3 days in bed I think I've turned a corner, (well moved from bed to sofa) but oh my, it's gonna be a quiet, sleepy one! Youngest has it too. Good health to you all #recovery #flu #merrychristmas

Finished Wolf Hall, Series 2. So good. Rylance does so much with so little movement. It didn't end well for Cromwell (spoiler alert). I have to watch it again and again, it's compelling. So good. I do want French and Saunders to do a spoof version though (as Damian Lewis and Mark Rylance).

lyceum.org.uk/events/treas... production really fine. Particularly beautiful lighting from Colin Grenfell and set and costume by Alex Berry. Dir Wils Wilson's done a grand job on a classy version of a difficult classic.

And for those of us who did use Twitter for professional reasons - I want my network to actually *see* my posts, not to have them suppressed because I didn't pay Musk £8 or use slurs.
It also misses that for most of us this is a hobby, and Twitter stopped being fun. I don't have some kind of moral obligation to broaden the debate/ communicate for my team/ whatever. It's my phone, it's my time, and they're my thumbs, if I prefer Bluesky its no-ones business but mine.
Some people cannot comprehend that the exodus from X is not 'liberal flight' but a lot of people deciding that the content on the platform - hate/extremism, disinformation, violent/nsfw content, low quality ads, lax responses to user reports, suppression of content - just can't be ignored any more.
