Smith is no different than Trump...both using mob tactics to extort what they want by threatening to do something awful. She threatens separation. I do not think the majority of Albertans want to separate so it is an empty threat and should be ignored.

In part, demand for larger vehicles is because, if one drives a smaller car and is short, one simply cannot see as well through the maze of behemoths.

When a cat visited us regularly - even managing to climb into our house via a second story window - I put an elastic tie with a note around its neck. Next day I got a call from a neighbour who said the cat was escaping her brother. She loved our quiet petless (at the time) house!

Oh no. Even in 1972 Vancouver was a place where housing was a good investment...though we did not see it as an investment at the time as it was our home. It is possible that, in other parts of Canada, renting would have been preferable but not in Vancouver.

But some of us DID have mortgages that were 16.75% and paid over 40% of our income on that mortgage.
