What's crazy is that every time the Coalition gets more right wing, more sceptical and more in denial of climate change, Labor moves a little bit in that direction too.

And not as thirsty as trees, so solution to drought too. Wins all round

All the trees knocked over too. We should cover them with solar panels. Renewable energy and carbon sink in one. Flawless plan
November 12, 2025 at 9:37 PM
They should just make solar panels indestructible.

Can I has my money now? I is an innovator.

And my other pet gripe is these delivery services are a big source of importing illegal ebikes/electric motorbikes, and their riders zip along bike paths with very little attention paid to other path users. They're in a rush to get maximum pay for delivery...

Plus even though you pay a premium per dish (like if you compare the app price vs the menu price at the restaurant), but the restaurant STILL gets ripped off because they don't even get their normal full price per dish.

Wow. Malcolm is looking and sounding really old and frail. It must be exhausting denying reality 24x7.

Yep. And there's every chance Pezet will be another Brodie Croft. So you never know. But if he gets a better opportunity in Canberra, you can't blame him

My favourite bullshit line they have is "how much will global temperatures drop by 2050 if we hit net zero"... like, that question doesn't even make sense. But their sock puppets ask it often in social media posts to derail the issue.

Yes. I have absolutely no drama with Coby going. If he is getting a first grade spot at the Raiders, then he's mad not to take it. At best he'll get a couple of games if 2 out of Hunt/Reynolds/Mam are injured, and then no guarantee in 2027 anyway. Take the opportunity, kid.

Yeah this wasn't just "concerns over designs" that Forester was pushing. I know you have a thing against NJB, and that's fine, but don't be defending this fucker who, thankfully, is resting in piss.
November 11, 2025 at 5:42 AM
Yes it was, but I don't think NJB is on here? Anyway, loved Ray's cameo. Appropriately reading the stats...

Oh, and my bad, that was last published in 2012, so misses your timeframe. Dammit.

I saw a video review of a book this week that I'm sure would be on your list. Effective Cycling...I think @nerd4cities.bsky.social was involved in the review. It sounded awesome.

(Mild sarcasm).
