I’ve been following Oliver on social media for a while now, so I’m familiar with his “voice” on here (and I love it). It carries over into his creative writing so well. INatPoB is like a spiritual successor to Pratchett in the best ways. AND THE FOOTNOTES. LOVE A FOOTNOTE

I wasn’t expecting to be thrown into a teacher’s POV right away! It definitely excited me, I love stories from an “unusual perspective” (rebellion through the eyes of an accountant in Traitor Baru Cormorant, mafia drama from the eyes of an obituary writer in Death and the Penguin)

It just means it’s much easier to rewatch all the episodes when the new one drops!

Right!? I love having a science fiction show that has snappy, tight episodes!
