Beyond being told this was like a sapphic “A Deadly Education,” I know nothing about this book! I’m excited that The Incandescent by Emily Tesh it is my next #Pride read.

Murderbot on AppleTV is genuinely killing it so far; the cast, the costuming, the tone, the vibe, and especially how the show runners are adapting Martha Wells’ work? All incredible. The 30 minute episodes work so well. I love this. Give me 15 seasons.

Halfway through School of Shards (Vita Nostra Book 3), and I’m loving this. This book feels like your classic “magical academia” book, this time from the prospective from the teachers. Everything has led to this, we know what the Institute does, we know who Sasha is… it’s amazing!

If I had a nickel for every time THIS YEAR I’ve had my engine die in front of a auto parts shop, giving me just enough momentum to swing into the parking lot so I could call a tow service, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot ESPECIALLY SINCE CARS COST A GOOD AMOUNT TO FIX

On Day 3 of #trr2025, I finished Most Ardently by Gabe Cole Novoa. I rated it 3 out of 5 stars!
This was both a cute Victorian romance and a terrible retelling of Pride and Prejudice 😅
At least it’s made me interested in Novoa’s other works!
