This emotions wheel is such a helpful tool for unpacking feelings beyond just ‘good’ or ‘bad.’

I use it with my friends to dig deeper into what we’re actually feeling—sometimes, ‘fearful’ isn’t just ‘scared’ but feeling overwhelmed or inadequate.

Naming emotions gives them less power over us💡✨

💯 Unlearning is where the real transformation happens. It requires shedding outdated beliefs, questioning long-held assumptions, and embracing discomfort.

The biggest roadblock to progress isn’t a lack of knowledge—it’s the resistance to unlearning what no longer serves us.
It takes curiosity to learn. It takes courage to unlearn.

Learning requires the humility to admit what you don't know today. Unlearning requires the integrity to admit that you were wrong yesterday.

Learning is how you evolve. Unlearning is how you keep up as the world evolves.

Kendrick being handed the award for Record of the Year right before the entire audience sings “A Minorrrrrrrrrrrrrr” is legendary, hilarious and a clear indication that Drake lost! 😂😂😂😂

Meta’s “performance cuts” highlights troubling leadership. Can’t help but to question if their new metrics is actually empowering employees or just perpetuating outdated norm/bias? Too often, rigid performance frameworks overlook diverse contributions, reinforcing outdated norms.
Meta plans to cut 5% of its workforce, focusing on the lowest performers. Read the memo Mark Zuckerberg sent to staff.
The Meta chief wrote in a post on Workplace, the company's internal forum, that the company would be doing "more extensive performance-based cuts."

Hoping to find good convos, sharp minds, posts that make me belly laugh, or something worth reposting to spark awareness—or even some good workplace banter, because let’s be real, organizational chaos is my love language.
