AI is not a "neutral tool" that needs to be wielded by The Good Guys. there's no reforming a system to accumulate and centralize power. the totalizing aggregation of power means that anyone it touches gets crushed instantly. that is AI, inescapably.

The thing that really gets me is all this jumping through hoops to try to say what it's doing is anything like a human when none of this behavior makes sense through that lens, but gets cleared up immediately if you just treat it like what it is (a next token predictor).

And like, they're out here citing Anthropic. They're called ANTHROPIC what did you think they were gonna tell you?

Nichole is (unfortunately) very relatable, so I gave her the same hair I had early in my transition. I looked like a big popcorn for a while while it was growing out.

Here's a better view. It opens up instead of pulling back. Feels more correct for a wide projectile, even if it doesn't make much sense.
