I've written fantasy and dystopian books in the YA category, and while I love them and will continue these genres, I'm also working on an adult romcom and having a BLAST. I plan to publish it under a slightly different pen name to differentiate between my YA books and adult books.

The first draft is me plunging my hand beneath my skin, grasping the specifics of the story from my organs and yanking them out to splatter viscera onto the screen, like the predator harvesting spines...except slower, because I am much weaker than the predator, and this is hard to do to oneself.

That’s literally it. We can all die if it means white people are last to get hit by the train. Latino people, LGBTQ people, Black people, etc. We can all be spoken about like animals and rounded up like dogs if it means they’re fine.
