Borrowing this pic as it's very apt. I've been very quiet here of late, but dealing and being open about #csa has been a rollercoaster. I've been having regular therapy sessions for 2 years and am now taking a break from this. Hoping my mantra of just get on with it, will put me in good stead... 1/
