my reaction to this is not "oh Trump's losing it" it's "the entire point of fascism is that the leader declares reality and everyone else has to follow it".

Well that sure clears up the question of whether he was just sharing the meme from the neo-Nazis that purported to translate the tattoos or whether he's so senile he confused the added translation in the meme for part of the tattoos!
