Effet cliquet, illustration.

Demanding a certification in a single process (like Scrum) is like demanding that a Michelin 3-star chef be certified in water boiling. The problem with being certified in a single process is that no single process is adequate. 1/2
It's why someone who's 'certified' in a particular process, but hasn't experienced enough real world twists, should be suspect.
They're experts in "The Way" to do a process and may struggle to adjust as things change.

A teacher of Design/DesignThinking has some thoughts:

Let’s stop talking about THE design process
But, before we think about design, let’s talk about cooking

I have often been told when advocating for team autonomy that some teams want to be told what to do. They often feel uncomfortable when making decisions.

Alternatives : Fromsmash, SwissTransfer, Send Visee (self host)
Bye forever, WeTransfer.

I just read the following quote from Mel Robbins, presented as if it were good advice. It makes me shudder:

“You’ll never feel ready to change your life. One day you just get tired of your own excuses and force yourself to do it.”

There is so much badness in that single sentence.

Periodic reminder: Microservices are neither a good default architecture nor something to avoid. Netflix, for example, is a microservice system and the architecture is a great choice for them, but most of us are not Netflix.

The days of a BA designing a product up front and dictating exactly what the devs must build are over. I see no use at all in a traditional Business Analyst job.

I keep getting asked about elaborate software tools that support software architecture. I use Miro (or a physical whiteboard and stickies). That's pretty much it. On the nice to have, there's Simon Brown's C4 model (both the notation and visualization tools like structurizr.com/).

It is irresponsible, inexcusable, and, paradoxically, slows down development. (I imagine some moronic managers think the opposite, even though no data supports that POV).
