Lawyer – mostly intellectual property in my practice. Lotta political opinions (don't worry they're all good ones).
This is an interesting way to describe what was polled. Many of these aren’t “policies” but potential policy *outcomes*, and some of these that are policies simply mischaracterize what Trump’s policies are in a light more favorable to Trump.
Poor design.

While we’re on the subject of Kirkland Signature, we stocked up on this because it is *excellent* and $20/bottle.
We thought it would last longer but instead we just drank more wine.
Our Costco is out of stock of it now… probably for the best.

Your link re tracking doesn’t support the proposition you cite it for. It’s about math teaching standards and specifically “Integrated Math,” which isn’t the same as detracking. Eg, here is Glendale’s program for accelerated courses that follows that framework.

I generally agree with the premise about not shitting on Ds as a way to get yourself further ahead but I don’t see her response here (quoted partially by Ken klippenstein) as inconsistent with it.

I think this just requires knowing this, which I wouldn’t expect every eight year old to know but probably 1 in 100 or 200 of them to know

it might depend on what federal practice; USPTO trademark practice certainly does not work that way. I don't think his SCOTUS admission saves him from the ordinary operation of this California criminal statute.

He may, but even if he can practice federally, that would not necessarily give him license to practice federally *in california*.
Did he report his disciplinary action to SCOTUS? What did SCOTUS do?

This chart completely vindicates D strategy on this shutdown fight. They stayed relentlessly on message starting weeks in advance of the deadline and haven’t budged. They picked a fight and have won public opinion on the issue they chose to fight on.

The statute seems to explicitly authorize acceptance and spending of gifts consistent with what they’ve done here. @hurricanexyz.bsky.social thoughts?
