If Biden was in charge there would be wall to wall coverage about how he killed 67 people. Instead we get “don’t politicize” as Trump tweets like a drunk uncle analyzing it, not as the President (who has crippled the federal government and its regulatory authority to prevent events like this).

Glad to see my employer over here on BlueSky at a time when public/global health couldn’t be more important!
People will die. Diseases will flourish. US influence will decline. Our adversaries win. The average citizens of the world lose. This is shocking, and to turn off all foreign aid (-Israel/Egypt) is damning. These people are evil. And are doing harm that can’t be undone.
