The murder of Charlie Kirk was criminal, wrong, and should be condemned.

And Charlie Kirk was a horrible, hateful man who spent his life radicalizing young people to embrace their worst demons by targeting women, people of color, immigrants, and the marginalized.

I refuse to sanitize him.

What happens when a political agenda takes over any semblance of journalistic standards

Telegraph admits its story about private school family not being able to go on five holidays was complete nonsense and not remotely fact-checked

There were 3 council by-elections yesterday Reform UK won 0.

They keep losing by-elections.

That’s 227 council by-elections since the General Election, still just 12 seats won for Reform UK.

Only 5 out of 58 council by-elections in 2025.

Scrap austerity – tax the super-rich instead

Britain can’t rebuild with more cuts – a wealth tax on the richest is the fair alternative to funding public services and growth

Dear world,

Elon Musk doesn’t appear to throw fascist salutes while perpetually acting like a Bond villain because he has ASD

He does it because he’s an extremely entitled billionaire narcissist with increasingly radical views and sees politics as a game

Signed,

Tory govt & esp Suella Braverman spent considerable effort undermining the threat of far right extremism & hyping up fear of peaceful protests for a ceasefire in Palestine & against climate destruction instead.

There is two-tier policing, they’re right about that. #r4today

Police watchdog finds:

Forces were underprepared for summer riots.

Underestimated the seriousness of far right organising outside asylum accommodation centres & failed to recognise the level of threat from nationalist extremists.

Blow me down. How surprising. Shocked. #r4today

This is the second article I’ve seen this week from the BBC blaming the “government “, rather than the “recently evicted Tory government”

It’s deceitful and politically motivated
