Day, uh, 12 of #NaNoWriMo, and I'm at 36083 words. Turns out, conversation goes pretty smoothly when you know where it's supposed to go and what it's supposed to do - like a bus. A bus full of words, all with their little word briefcases on their little morning commute, placidly listening to Slayer

Day 10 of #NaNoWriMo and I'm at 31971. Went to a NaNo event today, and it was completely and refreshingly NORMAL. Which, given that it's my first writing social function since January, is something I very desperately needed. (That writing discord really screwed me up...)

Day 5 of NaNoWriMo! The site tells me I could be done by November 16th at this rate. This is the best progress I've made in all my years of doing it.

Day 4 of NaNoWriMo and my progress this year is... surprisingly good? A strong start, followed by 2k per day will have me reaching 50k early. I might write over this year, for the first time!

Day three of NaNoWriMo, and I'm at 13080. This is the kind of strong start I've always wanted to have. Now that the workweek's beginning though, I'll probably fall off a little day to day. 2000 words a day seems like a good goal to aim for, for now!
