We were excited to join @mayorwu.boston.gov, Related Beal, local elected officials, and residents today in Mattapan to announce that the $10M Acquisition Opportunity Program (AOP) funding has converted 347 market-rate homes at Fairlawn Estates into permanently affordable housing for the residents.

BREAKING, CONFIRMED: Contrary to public claims ("open RFI") Fallon Co has been in talks w/ ICA to tenant yet another subsidized #Ch91 cultural space.
On 11/15/24, the Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture reassured me that the space would be tenanted competitively (presumably through an equity lens).
