they also entered this season with a pretty leaky plan for both guard positions and Lamar got hit as much as he had ALL last year by something like 11 games in.

there's truly nothing like Thursday Night Football!

there were not enough dropped interceptions for that to be a Ravens loss 😂

Think Murray's definitely played his way out of Arizona at this point, and there's no point arguing to the contrary. But I also think he's definitely a player that's fun to "what if?" -- easy to see him having a better career if he'd gone...somewhere that's developed a young QB this century.

A populace less capable of complex thought is also appealing to authoritarians and would-be despots, and the tech industry has plenty of those.

I'm surprised there's an Andy Dalton vs. the Ravens game on this list - for all his faults, he usually played pretty damn well against B'more

it feels like all the top seeds in the AFC are getting home games against better rosters that've flubbed their way into a bunch of losses, frankly

You're right, they don't. But the Patriots just placed their starting LT on IR and their starting LG is also out. Their o-line has been iffy with Campbell and Wilson playing, it's just Maye's been good enough to produce anyway.

Pats've also played 3 teams with winning records all year

You will not find me arguing that Denver is as good as the Rams or Bills (when the Bills remember to bring an actual gameplan with them), so...agreed!

they didn't have that good of a game tonight, sure. But Denver D 1st in the league in sacks (51, 8 higher than anyone else) coming into this game, 5th in yards allowed, and 4th in the league in defensive EPA. Surtain is expected back soon. it's been a very good unit this year.
