I haven’t said this in a while, so it might be time for a refresher.

Don’t follow me if you’re a Zionist. If you are a Zionist and you’re already following me, then unfollow me.

I don’t subscribe to your vile ideology and don’t want to be tarred by the filthy brush of inadvertent association

I'm a day late, I know, but here's our reading wrap for May. What have you been reading? 🧜🏾‍♀️

Do you ever finish a book and feel like ?????? That's how I feel about The Spear Cuts Through Water right now. I hope the internet gods will bring me a simplified explanation of what I just read 💀🧜🏾‍♀️

Do you let people borrow your books? Feel free to elaborate in the comments, I'm trying to see something.

Will add my thoughts in a reply. 🧜🏾‍♀️

L.J. Smith is to blame for my love of reading. She will be missed. 🧜🏾‍♀️

Also, I promise I'm better at posting consistently. Life has just been... a lot 🧜🏾‍♀️

Every month, we assign each other a book that we've read and enjoyed. It's kinda like a book club, but not really. Ina assigned this book to me last month, but I couldn't read it then. Have any of you read this? 🧜🏾‍♀️

It only took me three months after moving into this place to set up my TBR cabinet. What should I read first? 🧜🏾‍♀️

Current read, trying to get back on track despite the state of the world. Happy Valentine's to all, but especially to your pets. Kiss their little foreheads on my behalf 💜🧜🏾‍♀️

Sorry for being MIA. The world is falling apart.

Anywho, starting our BHM a bit late, but to say I'm excited to devour this book would be the understatement of the decade 🧜🏾‍♀️

What are y'all currently reading? I'm sitting in a café waiting for Martini's surgery to end and listening to this. Pretty interesting so far. 🧜🏾‍♀️

I'm sure none of you will be surprised to see that each of us had a drastically different January, in terms of reading, from the other. What did you read in January?

I'm sure some of you can relate, but January was *not* a good reading month for me. With everything that's happening, it almost felt wrong to allow myself to dive into a book and escape reality 😭 hoping February will be better, though 🧜🏾‍♀️

Just finished this ARC. 3.75⭐️

Very eerie and creepy imagery which I really liked. I felt as if I was on a shroom trip throughout the whole book in the best way. The take on family dynamics was very fresh and I enjoyed it a lot.

Recommend for anyone who wants a quick horror read. - 🦋

This was such a hard list to come up with since I primarily read high fantasy in terms of fiction, but here are some great books that tackle important themes given the current socio-political climate. Have you read any of them? 🧜🏾‍♀️

Starting this bad boy right now. I've been making a concerted effort to distance myself from doomscrolling, so I've started to teach myself embroidery. I'm the least crafty person ever, but it's been surprisingly relaxing. Raise your hand if you also multi-task when reading audiobooks 🤚🏾🧜🏾‍♀️

Spending the night reading a cozy mystery called “Death at the Old Curiosity Shop” by Debbie Young. Has anyone read it? What are some cozy mysteries you’ve read?

What are you currently reading to try and ignore the state of the world?
