A reminder for those who are not aware: "remigration" is the process of deporting all non-white people from a country. It includes citizens and is, by definition, ethnic cleansing.

NEW: @propublica.org investigated the Chicago apartment raid where kids were zip-tied and citizens detained for hours. They find:
- NONE of the arrested were criminally charged
- NO evidence the building was "filled with TdA terrorists."
- ZERO legitimate reason for DHS to rappel from a Blackhawk.

We’ve had a really high quality of life in the US because smart well-intentioned people kept things running so well it wasn’t even noticeable. We’re about to learn that lesson in a very hard way. The details in this story are horrific.
There’s just so much shady shit in this story, but this really sticks out. Folks in NLRB’s IT unit were so freaked out by what they saw DOGE doing that they wanted to notify the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Then this happened:

Together, Bennet and Hickenlooper give Colorado the single most pro-Trump skew in Senate representation out of any state w/ a D senator (slightly ahead of NH).

They seem to think “but I personally know this person” overrides the fact being nominated by Trump means you are a bad person who will mindlessly carry out Trump orders. Somehow Rubio overseeing the starvation of children and illegal deportations into slave camps wasn’t a lesson.
literally every day is going to provide more evidence that the "let's provide some votes for the least bad trump nominees out of respect for the presidency" was a boneheaded strategy. any idiot could have told senate democrats that any vote for any of these people was going to make them look bad.

The world may be feeling a little bit dark right now, but I kicked off the ski season at Copper Mtn last weekend and the skies sure were blue. I had overestimated how many runs would actually be open. Nonetheless, I’m finding a little bit of joy in every day!
