@mrjamesob.bsky.social On NI is it still the case that if you're of pension age and still working you don't pay NI anymore so an income tax rise and NI cut will mean you're worse off?

I was looking for examples when the ECHR had ruled against the UK and look at this one as it’s the good old Daily Mail who part won their case using the laws they want us all to lose.

Once when we went to Vegas for my wife’s birthday we were sat in McDonalds and some young guy with Downs came up behind me and kissed me on the head. His family were so apologetic but it was totally fine and we made sure they and he knew it.
