During finals week, I plan to eat well diet meals during the finals week. I plan to eat grain food to increase the carbohydrate intake. I also plan to eat protein as well, so I will eat some steak along with vegetables with an increase of vitamins as well. @beh353.bsky.social

Losing weight is much more difficult than the gaining weight. This evidence is show in the article, Biggest Loser Study, that regaining weight is far easier to gain as posed to losing weight due to the rate of metabolism. @beh353.bsky.social

I researched information on an Atkins diet. This diet consists of eating low-carbohydrates, and high-protein. This will allow a person to burns lots of fat, and will lose weight. This will allow a rapid weight loss, and will may have stress on the kidneys. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

For my choice of making my current diet more nutrition based is by removing the bags of chips. A substituent that I could do would be a some vegetables for dinner. An example could be spinach, or corn. I believe this little change could have a crucial change to my diet. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

During my 24 hour food recall interesting. My day started with oatmeal and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Then for lunch I have myself a PB&J, with a bag of chips and apple. Then for dinner I have ravioli with tomato sauce. I can see that I have an intact of proteins,cards, and others. #beh353

This is something that I found interesting, in this article it is stating that omnivores that have a more plant-based diet they have a less risk of getting cancer, as apposed to carnivore based diet. I found this interesting that it would help reduce the risk of cancer. @beh353.bsky.socail #beh353

Quick fun fact about carbohydrates. When you prepare frozen food, by heating it up, you're changing the molecular structure of the food, so that your body can't process the proper nutrients. So by actually eating leftover food and microwaving it, you are losing nutrients. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi everyone! I'm a third year molecular biology student. I chose this class because I believe that it can help with mange my overall health. How over time our bodies learn to adapt to eating cooked meat, instead of raw meat. Health eating=high nutrients. My favorite food is steak and pasta.
