His approach worked in '92, but failed in '04, '08 and '20. I don't think we need to give him the benefit of the doubt when his major success was 33 years ago.

Come on now, it's clearly a boat exactly like this. You do nobody any favors by pretending it was a row boat near the shore with people in their Sunday finest.
It was definitely a drug running boat that was miles and miles away from shore, on a known route used by drug smugglers.
