In Dublin specifically, 27% of tenancies are with landlords who have 100+ tenancies. 27%!

The one property landlords are only 21%. Don't give me this "mom and pop fleeing the market" guff. Mom and pop don't own hundreds of properties.

I'd say topper is an outlier... usually Donegal sides with the nordies... Eg Boxing Day, trousers

Troy Parrott. Echos of Robbie Keane's goal against Germany in 2002. What a moment. #COYBIG 🇮🇪

there is only one correct answer to this question and its Neutral Milk Hotel, from On Avery Island -> In the Aeroplane Over the Sea

excellent thread thanks.

Can I add, as a neuroscientist, that the genetic claims on neurodivergence are also BS. Current polygenic risk scores for ADHD/ASD/etc explain only about 5% or less of risk variance. In other words they are very nearly useless from a diagnostic point of view.

I'd be interested to know what fraction of the Donegal-Dublin Bus Éireann service customers live in Donegal town.

why?

Rail-holding Sligo town population 20k
Sligo county population 70k

vs rail-free:

Letterkenny population 22k
Donegal county population 170k

Donegal is a very rural county, if you have a rail to a town it would mainly function to service a region, not just the town itself.

That would be a good start. But if you built a Letterkenny-Donegal town extension through the Barnesmore gap you would open up all of west Donegal

By staying on X they are legitimising it, and so actively encouraging division and political instability in our society, no two ways about it.

we'll find out soon enough, when Badenoch is deposed.

Hard to see Starmer still in post for GE too. Electoral landscape has plenty of time to change dramatically

are we meant to be in or out of the UK here? I can't keep track
