it's not SO hard to get off spotify... and however hard it is now, it'll be harder in another year or two. I mean, no consumption is ethical etc, but there are definitely viable alternatives. I find everything just fine on Tidal and they apparently pay musicians an average of ~4x more. just sayin.

Having adhd is like being an npc in a multiplayer game where all the actual players have time distortion magic, and you’re just trying to follow your little npc plan to get something done, but nothing stays where you put it, everything slows down or speeds up randomly, and nothing makes any sense.
