3. Rear Delt Raises

Muscles: Rear Delts, Upper Back.

Steps:
• Bend slightly at the hips with dumbbells hanging below.
• Raise arms out to the sides in a reverse fly motion.
• Squeeze shoulder blades at the top.
• Lower slowly to the starting position and repeat.

Steps:
• Stand tall with dumbbells at your sides, palms facing inward.
• Raise arms out to the sides until shoulder height.
