Stop overcomplicating it.

Basic exercises.
Basic healthy diet.
Basic daily movements.

An deload week should be earned.

Don't deload if you are just starting out (1-2 years).
Do a deload if you have been working out for 3 years and need some time off.

Otherwise, you are just finding ways to slack off.

If you only have 2 days to work out, do full body.

If you can work out 3 days a week, do full body.

If you can afford to work out 4 days a week, do upper-lower.

If you can do any more than that, do chest, back, and legs, also known as bro split.
