Another ride down!

I use @gozwift.bsky.social to help keep myself accountable when it comes to my cardio. While I'm a coach myself and have a degree in exercise science this is an easy way to get/stay in shape without diving into the weeds of training and outcomes!

5 weeks of consistent riding on @gozwift.bsky.social . I've been taking advantage of some of their programs and it's been making a huge difference in my fitness levels. I'm super excited to see where I'll be by the end of the program!

Why is it important to stay consistent? Because, that's how you get bigger, faster, and stronger. Today I set 3 personal records from when I first started training on zwift. My largest PR of the day was shaving an entire minute off of a hill climb and several seconds off of my others!

It's been 10 weeks on zwift! I'm getting better and better. I really like the standardized workouts because they fit well into my lifting schedule and goals. I've been focusing on power as of late and it's been worth it!

Marketing is extremely powerful and also extremely dumb.

Let me show you how a good coach is going to handle this.

Intake-> learn about your client goals, dreams, wants, needs, and barriers.

Create a plan-> make a plan that matches a client's needs.

Adjust -> every 4-8 weeks

Repeat.

9 weeks in! These sprint workouts are absolutely killer but I can feel myself getting back to the shape I was in when I ran college track! Super excited to keep going!

Remember a healthy diet is balanced! Prioritize lean proteins and vegetables but it's okay to have unhealthy foods on occasion!

After sitting up in a tree for 2 days we're back in the saddle again! Trying out the Zwift training camps. Yesterday I set a new PB for wattage at 656! Today I finished 20th in a sprint based workout out of 90! I can tell I'm getting faster too! #zwift #cycling #fitness #cardio

It doesn't matter where you start. All that matters is that you start. When my client Deb first started with me she struggled getting up off the floor and going up and down the stairs. Fast forward a few months and she can do both with ease.

Technology is amazing. I've been playing a video game called Zwift the last few weeks instead of going to a spin class. It's been amazing! Not only am I in better shape but my performance on the bike has been improving as well!

There's no such thing as a natures ozempic. Most weight loss supplements are absolute trash and cost a ton of money 💰. Monitor your calories and activity level first and make adjustments accordingly.
