I use the app Habitica (only the parts that are free). You get points for completing chores and find eggs (from which pets hatch) and other stuff. It’s not perfect but I get a little motivational boost just thinking about ticking off a chore to gain more experience and open the treasure chest.

Cook whatever frozen vegetables you have (ideally a mixed bag) in a big pan, add either canned tomatoes or any kind of cheese based breakfast spread, add cooked pasta, season, done. My go to in 15 minutes because bringing the water for the pasta to boil takes a while. Or French toast. 😅
