Personally, I've always loved writing CSS, but Tailwind got so huge for some reason. Now every codebase I open up has stuff that looks like this. Ridiculous 🤣. Now, you don't know what is going on until you mentally evaluate every token! I prefer the days of having a class with a descriptive name.

Today I found out that if you simply add this to your CSS, the browser will finally allow you to put a nice smooth animation with a keyword like 'auto' and not need to use an explicitly defined height or width size.

JavaScript support is coming for TC39 Pattern Matching which is readable conditional logic & data destructuring. You can replace complex if and switch statements with concise, expressive patterns. Match values, destructure objects/arrays, & add guard clauses. It's badass!
