Just for those who are a bit pedantic on rail names, yes Castle class are class 225 but the stock is the same as the former 125 and are more widely known by this name.

I also call residents to send us any ideas for small infrastructure improvements as we are discussing budget at this time of the year and how to spend CIL funds. I am currently pushing for secure bike storage, pavement parking enforct and maintenance for pedestrian paths.

We can solve it by investing again massively in social housing, regulating the market against rogue landlords, Airbnb and second homes.

Most of the population is now desperate for truly affordable homes, that does not take two thirds of one's budget just to keep a roof over one's head.

This is only the start of this update process and we will call on the community to participate further. I plan to propose that Penryn TC updates its own Neighbourhood plan (now called Priority Statements) to have a voice of its own in this process.

Prioritise environment, local shops & residents rather than tourism accomm and 2nd homes.
The climate emergency makes it increasingly important to stop building endless suburbia: plan for sustainability, renewables, high street shops, accessible by walking & cycling, devlp around public transport.
