🚨 New preprint! 🚨

We explored suicidal ideation after moderate-severe traumatic brain injury. Findings suggest emotional dysregulation, coping style, resilience, & cognitive difficulties are linked to suicidality through symptoms of depression & anxiety.

Same in the UK. As an adult trained neuropsychologist dabbling in paediatrics, I’ve been on my soapbox about this for a while!
We need to remember that children's specialist rehabilitation services for ABI are a long way behind those for adults in Ireland. Equity needed!
