10/1/2026, states will also need to pay 75% instead of 50% of administrative costs for SNAP.

This is hundreds of millions of dollars each state will need to magically come up with to fund the administrative side of the program.

None of this could ever be seen as positive steps to revamping SNAP
Oh, dont forget about the mandatory shift from 50/50 to 25/75 where states will pay now 75% of administrative funding.

So cut funding used to ensure quality, while forcing more payments for worse reviews. Make it make sense other than trying to kill SNAP
