This and the Jack Reacher books. Somehow neither is a linear series but a series of stand-alone stories.

That’s not even a concept of a plan. That’s a person with no concept of what a plan would even look like.

I run DG using the Fate Core engine. Had a terrific “True Romance” scene between agents and Majestic in the hallway of Merle’s Shut-Eye playing the Convergence scenario this past Sunday. Can’t wait for the next session. It’s gunnabeNUTS.

Learned the same with Birkenstocks. Would much prefer to retread them, but costs more than a nee pair, which seems pretty messed up in terms on a healthy planet.

If they haven’t yet grasped the implications of the J6 pardons & escalating violence against the citizenry by unaccountable masked federal agents, I anticipate their denial will endure up to & beyond the point when they are arrested on the House & Senate floor while being assured it is temporary.

Standing up to fascists isn’t a tactical move with immediate results, it’s a strategic move with results that emerge over time.
We won several battles last week & now ceded all the ground we fought to gain.
May not cost us the war, but will drag it out even longer.
Hard days comin’.

You trusted proven liars who have demonstrated their intent to dismantle the US government.
You squandered any political capital gained by the recent elections & clear public opinion of where the responsibility lay.
This letter doesn’t explain why, Senator Kaine. It explains denial of the threat.

The most recent elections were not victory. They were battles won in a long war nowhere near over.
It is not time to meet at Appomattox — and won’t ever be time to just forgive & forget.
Last times we declared victory — Civil War, WWII, Cold War — the other side kept right on waging their war.

No, not to spite trump. You’re smarter than that, Mr. Brooks. To ensure an enduring solution & return to accountable governance rather than squandering recent gains in political capital by accepting a promise from a party that has repeatedly demonstrated its intent to do dismantle the US government.
