This was exactly my thought. And it will cost you so much more to do it this way rather than use a lawyers form agreements that are basically functional (unlike these) and just need to be tailored (following sound advice and counsel). This is just garbage.
Now, instead of hiring a lawyer to write a contract, you can hire a lawyer to review the contract the AI vibe-lawyer wrote.

Bukele fired the Supreme Court, 1/3 of judges in El Salvador, and the AG and replaced them with loyalists…not because he needed to in order to fight crime, but because he needed to get around the constitutional ban on reelection, and shut down corruption investigations against his administration.

Something bad has happened in connection with this. Either he’s distancing himself from the general pushback this is receiving (doubtful) or something bad has happened that we don’t know of yet and he’s laying the blame on Rubio (more likely). I bet they disappeared US citizens on those flights.
