Malgré quelques cargaisons de farine, riz ou conserves larguées de maniere anecdotique par la bonne conscience occidentale, la quantité ne couvre évidemment pas les besoins d’une population de plus de deux millions de personnes. Vivre sous. blocus, c’est vivre avec la sensation que tout est suspendu : manger, boire, se soigner, étudier, reconstruire. Chaque sac de farine, chaque medicament, chaque litre d’essence depend d'une autorisation extérieure, négociée au cas par cas, controlée a la frontiere.
