Trying my best.
As a die hard Jazz fan who has disagreed with like 75% of the Danny Ainge administration, the Jazz should absolutely tank next season. It’s the best move given where they are today and separate from the mismanaged last 3 seasons.

He plans on being available to scout about 40% of the time.

Danny Ainge has done to the Jazz what Donald Trump is doing to America. But neither of their fans realize it yet.

Thought she meant the psychological thriller the first time I read and I was legit confused.

Looks like Ainge just missed the cut. Darn.

Alternate quote: “all this losing and developing will be waaay worth it when guys like Key and Flip are giving us 6-8 great minutes off the bench in the playoffs.”
Will Hardy: "This is all going to be worth it. Growing these young players is going to give us the best chance to hang a banner at Delta Center... I understand that some of the losses are hard, especially when you care deeply about the team, but the support does not go unnoticed"

I saw this man break a national championship trophy in half last week with my bare eyes, absolutely no way he didn't internally decapitate the pope trying to give him a piggyback ride.

Trump is looking into it, just like he’s looking into whether or not he can serve a 3rd term.
DOOCY: Deporting American citizens to Central American prisons -- is it legal?

LEAVITT: Well, it's another question that the president has raised. It's a legal question that the president is looking into.

Russell Westbrook lost tonight’s game like 3 times for the Nuggets.

This is a great piece of thoughtful writing, but if the Jazz front office still considers this year a tear down, this is the worst tear down in the current NBA. Year downs are the easy part.
If the Jazz get Cooper Flagg, don’t expect them to start winning or trying to win games right away. That’s probably not how this is going to work.
State of the Utah Jazz’s rebuild: Just how long is this going to take?
How long until the Jazz start winning games? What happens next year?

The Utah Jazz are going to win too many games to get Cooper Flagg in the name of developing young guys who will never play on a good Jazz team.

In case you like the Utah Jazz and wonder how their rebuild is going:

So How is the Rebuild Going Anyways?
I was working with a friend of mine a few weeks back and he’s a huge NBA and Chicago Bulls fan. He asked me, “Clark, how do you feel about the Jazz this year.”  And that was a sur…

Well I will not be watching one minute of the Super Bowl. Worst case scenario. Two teams no one outside of KC and Philly want to watch.

I’d still like for the Jazz to trade for Zach Lavine this summer.

What looks like misery is actually smugness over the fact that 29 other franchises would trade places with the Suns.
Every time I watch the Suns they look so miserable

This rebuild is so cool.
Cody Williams, available to play tonight after being called up from the G-League, was a first half DNP-CD

Well Mike Lee’s ringing endorsement is one reason.
Mike Lee: "There really isn't a good reason for anyone, Republican or Democrat, to vote against Kash Patel."

(Patel recently threatened to specifically target an array of Democrats and other anti-Trump figures. List here: x.com/Timodc/statu...)

And yet all this could be rectified by getting a true difference maker in the 2025 draft. Sort of necessary now with the Jazz going 1 for 7 on difference makers the last 3 drafts.
So how is the Utah Jazz rebuild going? ESPN currently has zero Jazz players in their top 30 players under 25 and the Rockets and Thunder are dominating despite their youth and the Spurs are coming with the best young player in the league and a top 3 long term rookie. So REALLY GOOD!

The highlight of the Utah Jazz season may be the Julius Randle trade.

I’m trying to catch my 13 year old son and 10 year old daughter up on some classics and so I googled “best films of the 21st century” and the first 2 lists I saw didn’t have There Will Be Blood or No Country For Old Men in their top 50. What are we even doing here?

I think this has been an almost perfect Utah Jazz season thus far. We are learning what we need to about Walker and Keyonte. Lauri is expanding his game bit by bit. And we are well on our way to many ping pong balls. Only major negative is Taylor’s unfortunate injury.
