This blog is a very nice tutorial with a bit of data carpentry and then making a carefully constructed plot using ggplot. Recreating someone else's graphic is a great way to learn how to use any graphics software.

We are currently working to identify contacts of an individual who travelled to England while they were unwell with Lassa fever. This individual returned to Nigeria, where they were diagnosed.
