I find this extremely chilling:
I spoke w a reporter this morning about Kimmel. (Reporter was / is great) They got back to me a short while ago to say they sought White House comment & WH demands to know first which experts they spoke with. I told reporter I'm happy to be quoted IN THE STORY but 1/x

Huge thanks to @knightcolumbia.org for filing an amicus brief (which the judge cited) and to @genevievelakier.bsky.social for taking the lead in drafting it. I was honored to be among the signatories. The road is rough but little by little we can make headway if we keep at it and stick together.
This is the introduction of Trevor McFadden's order granting AP's PI on the White House's viewpoint discrimination against it.

McFadden is the Trumpiest DC District Judge.

Incredible work by @genevievelakier.bsky.social and @knightcolumbia.org in the AP’s lawsuit against the Trump administration - definitely worth a read
Want to know why the Trump admin's efforts to exclude the AP from the WH press pool violates central 1A principles not only as of today but as of 1791? Then check out this brief, I wrote with @knightcolumbia.org and 11 other 1A scholars. Spoiler: bc it violates CORE DEMOCRATIC VALUES
Our first (and possibly last) foray into originalism. Thanks to all of the signatories, and especially to @genevievelakier.bsky.social, who led this effort. knightcolumbia.org/content/knig...
