well, we tried to get to the river, but a snow covered road said NO. a beautiful day, too. the road in to McCloud waterfalls also snowed over. so, sorry no slo-mo river pics, all I got was some reflections for our #FridayFrolics.

Burney Creek flows alongside Hwy 89 for a few hundred yards as it head towards Burney Falls State Park in California. tall pine trees line the creek on either side & are reflected on the surface of the creek. sky is blue with wispy clouds. the snow-dusted tip of the north face of Castle Crags can be seen just above the treeline almost dead-center of the image. the scene is reflected in a small pond at the Railroad Museum & Resort along Hwy 5 near Dunsmuir, CA Lake Britton & reflection as see from the dock by the public boat ramp on Hwy 89 between McCloud, CA & Burney Falls State Park. the sky is very blue with low wispy clouds snow-covered Mt Shasta looms above the footbridge across Lake Siskiyou near the north shore. the sky is blue with light wispy clouds & the scene is reflected in the rippled surface of the lake. an evergreen forest lines the lakeshore.
