I saw this on the hellsite- despicable. This isn't legal and the cruelty is beyond comprehension. I honestly dont know how we are going to survive this hell. I'm doing my part to push against, though -as best as I can.

Yes, it is! My exploring group often encounters such relics in homes. We never take anything, though - we follow the strict urban exploration cliche/code - take photographs and leave footprints.
