Didn't think the Habs would go after Danault. Also didn't think he could be acquired for a second-rounder – but Kent Hughes sets his price. What he gets:
1) Relief for Suzuki on the PK, etc.
2) Fewer defensive breakdowns.
3) A guy who spent more than 4 seasons playing with Anze Kopitar.
I like it.

There are few things I enjoy more than talking to old-school restaurant owners. 💚
“Times were tough but work was plentiful. The teen worked 70 hours, seven days a week, making $40 weekly. “Watching Greek movies at the Rialto Theatre was my reward,” he says.”

Now 36 years.
35 years ago today, 14 women went to bed thinking about their finals, future in STEM and the upcoming holiday season. They didn’t know that these dreams threatened a man’s sense of self worth and that they wouldn’t survive to see their goals and aspirations become a reality

I already took a fall down my icy apartment stairs. It’s only November 12th. I’m not going to make it this season.
Having received my free sample of winter I would like to cancel the remainder of my subscription. Thank You.

My column/review on the Netflix documentary on the death of the Expos.
Spoiler alert: it has some significant omissions but it's far better than I expected.
