“He’s just pausing programs to find waste. No one will lose their job or grant or subsidy.”

There’s a lot of disinformation about DEI. There is no illegal discrimination occurring. DEI involves outreach to under-represented groups in hiring to improve the diversity of perspectives serving in government, support to retain them, and training to help public servants serve all Americans.
