I've only seen this once, shortly after it released, and can't tell who the actor is based on the GIF quality. I'll never forget this scene, though (or several others). Great choice.

With Twitter and with Fox, I think the threat is only real for people who are passive consumers. Actively engaging the media with your own perspective and critical thought shows you when someone or something is full of it. Letting it swallow you up is the problem... and lots of people do it.
