I've never understood why politicians sell public transit like "We need the rich to pay for the poors!' Instead of, "A better transit system will take cars off the road and will mean you get places more quickly."
Enough is enough. We need the ultra-wealthy to pay their fair share so that we can fund a world-class public transit system.
